• Retail finance offers market analysis, defining current trends and perspective directions

• KIA Retail finance offers competitiveness analysis

• Making proposal for KIA Retail finance offers changes on monthly basis

• Development and implementation of new F&I offers in cooperation with Hyundai Capital

• Control over dealers performance on F&I products

• Wholesale (Factoring) project development (product modification, dealer acquisition, document flow, regular reporting, training materials preparation, dealer feedback collection, limit management)

• Communication with KMR sub-divisions: Sales Planning, Incentive, Area Sales Managers, Marketing, Product, Finance, Accounting, Legal

• Ad Hoc analysis for management when required


• Higher education in Economics or Legal

• Experience in wholesale [credit/factoring] area in automotive business from 3 years (previous employers - Bank, Factoring company, OEM)

• Experience in process mapping, project management from 2 years

• Strong ability to develop & implement new initiatives

• Analytical skills with strong ability to summarize

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs and ERP systems

• English language - upper-intermediate and higher
