· Consumer claims handling and dispute resolution

· Consumer cases courts participation

· Kia hot-line managing (control and analyze risks): SNS, email customer complaints to KMR

· Pre-court claims handling (review, analysis, response)

· Dealers’ actions within written pre-court claims to KMR/OEM managing

· Dealers’ executing terms of claims solutions and amicable agreements managing

· Clients’ disputes resolution (managing with ASD, OEM, dealers)

· Training dealer staff re Consumer Law

· Participation in courts (civil courts, arbitration, labour courts);


· higher education (Legal education is much preferable)

· 2 years or more of relevant work experience

· excellent knowledge of Consumer Protection Act

· working experience in client service is a plus

· working experience in automotive companies is a plus

· advanced PC literacy

· English - intermediate
