Responsibilities:

• Warranty claims data analysis
• Claims trends analysis and reports preparation
• Cost saving proposals development
• Providing statistic information of dealer warranty operation and part quality reports
• Dealers audit performing; documents and replaced parts verification
• Checking service procedures
• Dealers claims approval and processing
• Negotiating with manufacturers to get claims reimbursement
• Technical documentation verification and preparation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive business no less than 3 years (dealer or distributor)
• Technical knowledge and skills on high level in automotive / engineering areas
• Project management experience
• Awareness of dealers’ service and warranty processes
• Excellent user of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Access, Excel – necessary)
  
• English (upper-intermediate or higher, technical)
